Do I have to use your exact models?
The models we use will be tailored to you, so that investments are suitable for you. Beyond the index models, though, clients sometimes ask for carve-outs. For example, there may be a position in an individual stock that they are holding for nostalgic reasons. Or they may enjoy owning a part of a public company. While we don't recommend this as a strategy going forward, we recognize the need for flexibility in your plan.
How often can I apply for a personal loan?
You can apply for a personal loan twice within a fiscal year.
Do you work with accountants ?
We don't generally work directly with them - you would be the person who interfaces with them. In some circumstances we will need to. We can refer you to excellent accountants, particularly if you reside in the United Kingdom.
Can I make additional payments on my loan?
Yes. Additional payments can be made by check or money order or by increasing the amount of your payroll deductions.
As a retiree with a personal loan, can I refinance my loan?
Yes. You can refinance your existing loan if your balance has been reduced to at least 50% or less of the original loan amount.

Applications from active members do not require a credit check. However, credit check is required for applications from retirees.
Why is there a High Minimum Investment?
There is no maximum. We evaluate the company's ability to repay the loan.
How long does it take to receive loan approval and receive funds?
Upon receipt of a completed Loan Application, financials, and project details, Nurel Yatirim Groups typically approves the Loan within 7-10 business days. Some Loan approvals require a site visit Nurel Yatirim Groups Team. Most Loans are closed and funded within 2 weeks of Loan approval.
What is the maximum length of term that a company can borrow?
Up to thirty (30yrs) years.
What is the fees and charges structure?
In addition to an interest rate cost for short term business and investment loans, Nurel Yatirim Groups charges loan establishment and security fees, the amount of which will depend upon the complexity and riskiness of the short-term finance loans in question.
What is the interest rate?
Interest is 2.5% per annum
Any upfront payment?
Nurel Yatirim Groups does not charge any upfront payment, however the loan sum must be insured by the borrower
